Felix and Margaret plan on commissioning their first food bank and kitchen at Arigidi Akoko during the first quarter of 2024. The food bank and kitchen will serve the people of the village as volunteers distribute non-perishable foods to those in need.
In November of 2023, Felix and Margaret will be in the village of Ajowa Akoko to promote their Blood Sugar Monitor campaign. This is a mobile clinic that will provide people living in those locations and the environs with basic testing for issues relating to diabetes such as blood sugar levels and blood pressure, as well as promoting education about monitoring one’s health and preventing diseases. The bus/clinic will travel around the villages in Nigeria to ensure that as many people as possible are treated and served.
